André Sarrasani was just 5 years old, as he first appeared before a circus audience. On his father’s birthday he was given a little moderator role. He marched in a new tuxedo and patent leather shoes into the ring and promised with heart-felt conviction: “The circus must play, now and in the future.” He has kept this promise. And more than that.
